S.S. Wire-mesh cartridges are made from S.S. wire-mesh media by pleating it to give more surface area. The cartridge can be made by welding technology or by using epoxy joints, depending on the applications. Wire thickness is the limit of wire-mesh media. Technology limit dose not permit to make wire-mesh media using less than 30 micron wire diameter. Hence, as you go less micron rating, percentage of pore opening (void volume) going down. In case of 10 micron it remains 10 to 15%.

S.S. Wire Mesh cartridge is designed specially for High flow rate, High dirt holding capacity and it is also designed with High Temperature capacity. The wire mesh is design is Plain Type , Plated Type with single , Double and Multi layer. Moreover, this cartridge is also available with S.S. Sintered Fiber layer.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh can be divided into Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Square Opening and Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Dutch Weave according to the weaving types, At the same time as Square Opening Stainless Steel Wire Mesh can also be further divided into square wire mesh plain weave and square wire mesh twill weave.
